3. Vouchers can be used for full payment or a deposit
4. Vouchers are not redeemable for cash
5. There is no refund available if the full amount is not redeemed
6. Vouchers are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase. The expiry date will be shown on your invoice for the gift voucher
