Prices listed are indicative and may not be available on all departure dates listed. Prices are seasonal and subject to change. Prices are fully inclusive of all sightseeing, entrance fees, cruises, meals as specified and accommodation. Tour may form part of another tour itinerary. Itinerary effective 15 September 2020-18 May 2021. Tours departing outside of these dates follow a different itinerary. All prices in AUD per person.
Early Booking Savings (EBS) apply if you book and pay in full 10 months prior to departure and you’ll save. ** Subject to availability on individual bookings:
- Holidays 10 days or more, save $200 per person*
- Holiday of up to 9 days, save $100 per person*
Other Departure Dates are subject to minimum numbers, if minimum numbers are not reached customers will need to select an alternative date.
Full payment requires 120 days prior to departure. Bookings within 120 days or departure require full payment and may incur hotel surcharges.
Prices & Dates
Complimentary Airport Transfers
Arrival transfers are included on Day 1 of your tour. Return transfer is included on the last day of the tour. All flight information must be given provided at least 45 days prior to your departure date. If this information is not received we are unable to guarantee the transfer.
Pick up or drop off can only be arranged when accommodation is booked at selected hotels at the time of booking your travel, however there are some restrictions that apply to some tours in regards to the number of pick up and drop off options.
Any flights referred to in the itinerary are at the client’s expense and are not included in the land content price.
- First Day – Passengers with flights arriving between 8am-12:15pm will be transferred from Launceston Airport by crew. If flights arrive outside these times please book the external transfer.
- Last Day – Passengers with flights departing between 5:30pm & 7:00pm will be transferred to Launceston Airport by crew. If flights depart outside these times please book the external transfer.
Bookings within 110 days of departure:
If you would like to book within 110 days of departure, full payment is required before we can send requests for any unconfirmed items such as hotel rooms. If your booking request is unable to be confirmed you will be refunded the full tour cost paid, less any credit card fees charged.

It is HIGHLY recommended that passengers take out travel insurance. This can assist in the event of cancellations, flight delays, other events that may interrupt your travel. Travel packages are sent to you 2-3 weeks prior to your departure, provided full payment has been received.
This depends on the destination and varies between 38 and 48, however for some destinations it is necessary to user smaller vehicles to travel around the destination. Clients are generally 55+, however these tours do get a full range of ages travelling.
What to Bring
- Comfortable walking shoes
- Sunglasses, sunscreen and hat

- Jacket and warm clothing
Tours are generally not too physically demanding, however you will need to be able to be mobile, and if not mobile, must be travelling with a companion who can assist. There are specific tours where a good level of fitness is required so please refer to the ‘Prepare for Your Trip’ information for each tour.
- Smart casual is acceptable
- Comfortable and light casual clothing for touring
- Comfortable footwear, good walking shoes is recommended.
- A warm jacket is recommended.
Generally the allowance is a 20kg bag, plus a piece of hand luggage, however some tours have further restrictions, so please refer to the specific restrictions of each tour.
Are there concession discounts?Pensioners (Australia or New Zealand) and Seniors Card holders (Australia) save with our concession discounts on selected tours. Ask our friendly team which tours you can get a discount on.
Are your tours suitable for pensioners aged 76 and 84 ?Yes, Tasmania tours passengers range from children to adult who are 90 years of age.
Transfer By Public Bus In Tasmania
Do you have any tours on offer during June, July or August ?Due to our off season of winter, no Tasmania tours operate during the months of June, July or August. The season starts in September and ends in May each year.
Is accommodation the night after the tour ends included in the price ?No, this accommodation will cost extra.
Is accommodation the night previous to the tour departure included in the price ?No, this Tasmania accommodation will be an extra cost.
Where is the meeting point for the start of tours ?The pick up is at the “before tour accommodation” hotel listed in the TRIP NOTES tabs of the specific tour you are looking at.
Do I need to arrive before Day 1 of my tour ?Please refer to your specific tour and look in the “Trip Notes” information where it may state this: You need to arrive any time the day prior to Day 1. If this is the case we can organise airport pick up and pre tour accommodation on your behalf, this will be an extra cost.
Other tours start late in the day on Day 1 so you can arrive that morning which will avoid the extra nights accommodation cost.

How do you calculate the number of days for your Tasmania tour ?If you are doing a 4 day tour commencing on April 8th, the first day of the tour is and includes the 8th, plus 9th, plus 10th plus 11th and the tour ends on April 11.
Do your tours operate over Christmas and New Year?Yes – this is one of our most popular and busiest times
Are airfares from my home town included in the cost of the tours ?Airfares to and from Tasmania at the start and finish of your tours are extra.
Do you have short tours that include Bruny Island ?No tours include a trip to Bruny Island, however many people add this on as a day trip from Hobart either before or are after their multi day tour.
Does the price include The Spirit Of Tasmania ship fares ?The 11 Day Tour to Tasmania includes the Ship costs one way.
